I create space for myself and students to share the roles of learners and teachers, centering the fact that our interactions can be dialogues to foster social change.

I aim to create transparency in the scaffolding of the course for their growth as critical thinkers, accountability to each other through constant feedback and opportunities for reflexivity throughout the semester, and power sharing through enabling student decision-making in course structure and peer-teaching via group work.
